The Beach

We are finally back from our relaxing and wonderful week at Kiawah Island. We've actually been back for a couple days but we've been up to our elbows in paint and primer! I've taken a break from all the painting to show y'all some wonderful pictures from the beach.
We have a tradition at the beach that one night during the week we take a trip off the Island and go somewhere nice for dinner. Our traditional restaurant, John's Island cafe, has been shut down. So this year we drove to Savannah to go to Paula Deen's restaurant. It was wonderful andwe had so much fun! Here are some pictures that give you the highlights:)We missed having Will, Jess and Carlee Scott there this year, but we are preparing ourselves for the craziness of next years beach trip(three little babies - save us now!)!
