Homecoming
John was asked to sing the national anthem for HSC's homecoming weekend game. It was a pretty big weekend for the HSC community with lots of events and several recruits visiting. The football team played Washington & Lee and managed to come out with another ODAC conference win...whew! Along with this being a big game, it was expected that we would have about 10,000 people at the game (or at least on campus at the time of the game...tailgating!). Here are some photos of John and the family.

I just noticed the Hampden-Sydney belt. A good way to identify with one's audience!
Ditto to your comments, Catherine, about John's rendition of the national anthem (although we were concerned that the parachutist might take him out:)
