HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY
to my sweet and sassy middle child, Kendall!
What a joy it has been to raise this little one. She has pushed many of our buttons over the past 3 years, but she is such a sweet and snuggly one! She gets up every morning and comes to snuggle in our bed before watching her cartoons. She is full of life and loves to dance and sing. It is rare you see little miss K standing still (not even in time out!). I look forward to watching Kendall's personality continue to blossom and for us to have more singing and dancing parties;)
Since Andy was traveling over Kendall's birthday, we decided to celebrate it early. So we deemed Friday, Kendall's birthday:) We had another little birthday party to go to that morning, so Kendall felt like they were celebrating her since it was a princess tea party birthday (which was exactly what she wanted...man, I got off easy!!).
Here's the "birthday girl" enjoying the frosting:)
the Princess tea party
playing with dolls and acting like royalty;)
MC was distracted by the blocks and toy cars...
MC washing a few blocks she found...who needs to wash plates and cups when your building blocks need attention;)
After naps, we Kendall got to open her presents. She was so excited and kept wondering all day if those where all her presents;)
Kendall got all new bedding (since the poor thing didn't have any...but she didn't care)
so excited because sissy just told her what was in the box...thaaaanks Alley for letting her have a surprise;)
Cowboy boots!!!!
check these thaangs out!
opening her birthday shirt...she is OBSSESSED with Sleeping beauty. We are not totally sure where that came from since she's never seen the movie, but she loves her anyway.
dude, even cards get this girl excited! I think from now on I'm just getting her princess birthday cards!
yeah for My Little Ponies and legos!
After our present extravaganza, we headed over to celebrate with pizza...Mellow Mushroom here we come;) The girls wanted a picture with the Tiger...actually they wanted to ride it but I had to draw the line somewhere;)
mommy and the birthday girl
after pizza we had the waiting staff come over and sing Happy Birthday to Kendall and she.just.ate.it.up! that's my "life of the party" child;)
blowing out the candles...forget the wish, let's just eat cake!;)
