Sickness here, sickness there...a visits in between:)

Sorry for the lack of up-dating the blog recently. We've been doing a lot of this:

Plus this:

And this:

This winter has been a doozie for us McPherson girls. We've had several nights of 105 to 106  degree fevers, pneumonia 2x, RSV and the flu. Normally we only have one McPherson girl who gets sick two or three times a winter (she will remain nameless but she takes after her daddy;). )...but for some reason (maybe it was the lack of flu shots?!) we have been down and out around here more frequently than normal! BUUUUUT....in between some of the sickness, we had a wonderful visit from Mimi and Papa! It was just what the doctor ordered:) A little snuggles, fun projects and outside play just about saved the day (and my sanity!!).

Mimi was being so kind to our little birdies. She and the girls made cute little PB-bird seed feeders. The girls loved making them and have really enjoyed waiting to see if birds will make there way out in the cold for some free food.

the girls in action...and Kendall striking a pose...of course;)

we cannot stand to have ANY PB wasted;) Must.Lick.Fingers...forget the photo op!

Okay, since I am so late in posting those last pictures (even though we JUST got over all our sickies...knock on wood!)....HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

I hope everyone is staying clear of the "sickies" and is enjoying Valentine's Day!!
