...but for a good reason, I think. I believe it's finally setting in for the girls that mommy is not going back to work. They are stuck with me day in and day out from here on out. (cue the music...) I'm not too sure what they really think about it all but, man, have they sure given me a run for my money this week. So, the reason for no posts...I've been putting kids in time-out, breaking up fights, saying "no" (an awful lot more than I'd like to admit), RE-teaching that your mouth is not for hurting (or tasting) your sisters, trying to enforce nap time so our attitudes get better (little miss just doesn't think it's important right now!) and trying to keep the sanity in our household. BUT, we've also had some sweet and wonderful moments....
MC has become a little chatterbox. She has been smiling a ton and even coo's at us
Just a little bit of sweetness in the midst of the chaos
the girls are obsessed with daddy (I mean, who wouldn't be...I surely am;) ) and can't wait for him to come home for lunch and play with them...here I was able to pick up my camera and take a photo of them. They all wanted in his lap and we almost had drama and tears over this...oh the joy of raising girls;)
Oh my...we have a new love! They loooove sitting at the table coloring. I love that they love it and will sit longer than 5 seconds doing something. Of course, they do fight over the coloring pencils...and yes, I have tried to give them both their own box but they think the grass is greener on the other side...
I LOVE how Kendall is trying to color like Alley...she immediately grabs a color, lowers her head, holds the paper with her arm and starts to lightly color. Too precious!
Okay, so there you have it. Life has been crazy here in our household, but we are still alive....for now;)

They are so adorable at that table!! I love how she mimics her sister :)
You gotta love the nap time. Mom's need that quiet time to re-energize!
